Each drink is crafted to highlight an ingredient which is either grown locally in India or has gained fame with time within the country. From playful twists on classic cocktails to refreshing non-alcoholic delights paired with our range of homemade base syrups and spice mixes, each sip offers a journey into familiar and undiscovered flavours, inviting you to indulge in the vibrancy of our culinary heritage. Please note, we are a fully licensed restaurant and as such, we do not accept BYO.

Bourbon | Saffron | Aromatic bitters

Saffron holds a significant place in India's culture, used in religious practices and even represented on the national flag. Sourced from the snow-capped mountains of Pampore, known as the "Saffron capital of India," Kashmiri saffron blooms for just six weeks a year, requiring meticulous harvesting to preserve its delicate flavour. Kesari is our contemporary spin on the timeless Old Fashioned.

Rum | Coconut | Cumin

In Kerala, aptly dubbed the "land of coconuts," these iconic trees not only dominate the landscape but also form the backbone of local culture. From shelter to coir and nourishment, coconuts play numerous roles in everyday life. Among their many gifts is toddy, a sweet and slightly pungent elixir derived from the sap, served in quaint toddy shanties dotting the lush countryside. Kerala Gold is our homage to these rustic locales.

Indigenous to the Konkan region in the Western Ghats, kokum is a culinary treasure long cherished by tribal communities. Revered for its unique flavour and vibrant colour, kokum extract has traditionally enriched curries, gravies, and fish dishes. Despite limited cultivation, kokum is gaining prominence in culinary circles, from humble local eateries to upscale restaurants. We serve curry leaf infused gin with kokum, highlighting the unique flavours of the Konkan region.
