The Veranda Indian Degustation Experience is a seven-course, sit-down journey (6 savoury + 1 dessert) through India’s lesser-known regions, everyday kitchens, and vibrant bylanes. Expect thoughtfully portioned small plates, signature creations, and dishes our team loves most — each prepared with homestyle care and shared with context, not confusion.
